Salary: $80,000 + per annum plus bonuses, based on experience.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants alike. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of an existing rent roll of residential properties.
- Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants.
- Coordinate leasing, rent collection and tenant relations.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals and compliance with legal regulations.
- Monitor budgets, financial reports and expenses related to property operations.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.
- Handle tenant enquiries, complaints and conflict resolution professionally.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in property management or a similar role. (No previous experience will be considered).
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and leasing practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organised and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- A valid real estate license.
