Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a portfolio of rental properties and conduct all aspects of management including but not limited to leasing properties, routine inspections, communication with Landlords and Tenants, arranging repairs, ingoing and outgoing inspections etc.
• Work closely with a diverse range of clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
• Navigate various situations within the real estate industry with confidence and professionalism.
• Utilise technology to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
• Adapt quickly to evolving market trends and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen interest in technology and its applications in real estate.
• Prior experience in real estate is a plus, but not a necessity.
