Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage and grow our company’s social media presence across platforms.
- Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings from initial consultation to the launch of the property.
- Customer Experience:
- Support clients throughout their purchase journey, from initial interest through to settlement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Including following workflows and checklists to complete tasks throughout the entire sale process.
- Open Homes & Auctions:
- Prepare for open homes and auctions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Attend open homes and auctions on Saturdays (weekend availability required).
- Events Coordination:
- Plan, organise, and attend community and office events, promoting company initiatives and building relationships within the community.
- Front Desk Management:
- Welcome walk-ins and manage phone enquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service to both potential and existing clients.
About You:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using social media for business purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability on Saturdays for open homes and auctions.
