Great Team to work with!
Selling a deceased estate with Nick Chauhan and the rest of the team at Griffith Real Estate (GRE) was as good as it gets. Nick presented a campaign for the property sale and was flexible with altering details and asked for input at every step of the way. We then had a mutually agreed and fully understood way forward. Nick appropriately kept updating on the progress with phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings. again, a mutually agreed process that he was flexible with and, often out of regular business hours.
I would not hesitate in recommending GRE as the professionalism, flexibility, guidance and support of Nick and the GRE Team really helped undertaking the emotionally difficult task of selling a deceased estate, a huge THANKS for that!

If we could give Luke 6+ stars we would. 10 DAYS!! Was all it took, from our property going online to an offer being accepted. When looking for an agent to help sell our home we wanted someone who was professional, approachable and provided value. And we found this, and more, in Luke Papandrea and the  team at Griffith Real Estate. We were given advice and suggestions on how to improve and present our property so that we could be in the best position possibly to sell as we could be. Luke kept us up to date with everything from marketing, open houses and negotiations. His communication was second to none. We felt informed and able to make informed decisions as we went along.
