In her role, Marilize supports the property management team with the day-to-day administration and coordination required to ensure our rental portfolio runs smoothly and efficiently.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Marilize assists with tenant and landlord enquiries, tenancy documentation, and the organisation of inspections and maintenance. Her friendly and professional manner helps ensure both landlords and tenants feel supported throughout their experience.
