Jessica's experience, knowledge and involvement in all areas of the business over 15 years at GriffithRE puts her in the perfect position to fulfill her role as Senior Property Manager and the general all-round Operations of the Company. Jessica is a Class 2 Licensed Real Estate Agent and has been at the forefront of seeing many changes in the Industry being directly involved in running the award-winning Property Management Team over the last 10 years. She works closely with the leadership team managing people, strategy & projects and the day-to-day operations of the business. Jessica loves the variety and challenges involved in ensuring a well-run business and Property Management Team while achieving outstanding results for our Clients.
Jessica believes the secret to incredible success in the Property Management industry is her positive can-do attitude, she prides herself on her ability to mediate her way through difficult situations and believes communication is paramount to having great relationships with landlords and tenants. Her knowledge and experience also assists the Team and helps guide them to excel in their Property Management Journey.
Working at GriffithRE since early 2007 has taught Jessica the importance of embracing change, working with an incredible team, showing respect and loyalty.
