Late last year we had a large portfolio of Yenda Estate farms go under the hammer at the Yenda Diggers Club with 3 out of 4 of the farms selling on the day of the auction.

Farm 1592 & 1606A Myall Park Road, Yenda sold for $2,060,000 the age of the vines, 1995 to 2005 plantings, puts them in maximum production . 188 acres planted to Popular Varieties  and 179 acres of Lasered vacant land.

Farm 1359 Gribble Road, Yenda sold for  $505,000 is set on 27 Acres and includes a comfortable 3 bedroom Brick Veneer home.

The day after the auction we agreed to 1547 McClure Road, Yenda going under contact at $480,000 this property, an established vineyard and comfortable 6 bedroom home.

1547 McClure Road officially exchanged this week and we are now gearing up for a huge clearing sale in mid to late April at a date to be announced. Some items include Harvester, Tractors, Sprayers all used on 458 acres of grapes.
