Junior Sales Associate (Full Time or Part Time)

We’re looking for someone motivated, energetic and eager to build a long-term career in real estate to join our team as a Junior Sales Associate.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to break into the industry and learn the ropes from experienced agents in a hands-on environment. Think of it as a real estate apprenticeship — you’ll gain real experience, develop practical skills, and build a pathway into a successful sales career.

No previous real estate experience is required — attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our sales team assisting with day-to-day tasks while learning all aspects of residential real estate sales, including:

* Buyer and seller communication

* Setting up and conducting open homes and inspections

* Database management

* Prospecting and lead generation

* Marketing and social media support

* Letterbox drops and signage installation

* Preparing property listings

* Assisting agents with appointments

* Learning how to build and manage client relationships

This role can be tailored as either full time or part time for the right person.
