We’re looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Property Management Assistant to join our growing team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the real estate industry. No previous experience is necessary – just a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to be part of a supportive team.
Working alongside our Property Managers, you’ll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly, providing administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day management of our rental properties.
What does the role involve?
- Providing general administrative support to our Property Management team.
- Assisting Property Managers with day-to-day tasks and client enquiries.
- Helping prepare and complete ingoing property inspections.
- Assisting with property reports, documentation and file management.
- Supporting the team with tenant and landlord communications.
- Helping coordinate the smooth running of our Property Management department.
What we're looking for:
- A positive, friendly and can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and confidence using computers.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
