Residents came out in numbers to support Pink Up Griffith, with Hunt and Hunt holding a fundraising night.

Held Thursday October 17, around $4000 was raised and donations are continuing to come through.

The monies will go towards the McGrath Foundation and breast care nurses.

It's part of a broader campaign spearheaded by Griffith and Leeton Real Estate branches.

Some 60 people enjoyed entertainment, drinks, canapes and a silent auction.

Part of prizes on offer from the raffle that included a free consultation with a lawyer.

"The raffle was definitely a highlight," Hunt and Hunt's Sarah Cappello said.

"We joked one of my friend's daughters wanted to win because she needed someone to clean her room," she laughed.

"It's a great community event and important cause; we want to do it every year, with hopefully more raffles next year.

"Tony and the Griffith Real Estate team do a great job and we're very thankful to them.

"A big thank you to everyone that attended and contributed."
