T: what’s happening during this supposed "quiet time"?

A: Normally this time of the year between End of Financial Year and Christmas is quiet for us and obviously with the impact of Covid19 we thoughts we were going to get really quiet but it’s been the exact opposite. The demand for our services and products has been inheritable. WE have had a lot of businesses come to us needing to work from home, so tying in with the work that Flexible Solutions do. There’s also a lot of home schooling, so mum's and dad's with their young children who need to do their work at home so they have their iPad’s and Windows based PC’s, there’s a lot of demand for those kind of things.

T: How have you seen the market embrace technology?

A: i think what’s come to the floor is that people realise just how important technology is in our every day life. People may have taken most of this stuff for granted and the fact that we cant operate without technology. When its from as simple as a smartphone to check the weather or check what the kids schedule is at school right through to being able to work remotely. People need technology. It’s been unfortunate in some respects, I deal with a lot of business houses, I’ve had clients in here in tears because their business has been shut down. I guess we are on the spectrum, we’ve had an increase of business, our customers need us to be here. We found it really difficult because with all this happening we had to half our staff but we couldn’t even do that because the demand for service was that great we had to get our whole team here to be able to service our client base and kept an eye on our social distancing and changed how the shop worked.
