From the beginning of our association with Griffith Real Estate, Luke Papandrea portrayed to me as a knowledgeable and confident you man. At each weekly meeting held in the offices of Griffith Real Estate, we were updated on all aspects of the plan which was discussed in full of how the sale process would flow. Feed back from prospective buyers was given and mostly positive. Signage was posted early on the day of the open house, i.e. 7:30am, which gave passing motorists ample time to have the opportunity to attend on the day. I was super impressed by this, knowing that Luke would attend the site several times for the open houses. Feedback was given promptly, if I was home he would pop in and relay to me how the morning had gone. As a first time seller I was very impressed by Luke’s dedication to his job. He was always very polite and immaculately dressed which is alway a bonus in this day and age. Finishing, I would not hesitate to recommend Luke to any prospective buyer/seller knowing that he has a strong commitment to his work and does his best in every way to put you at ease and keeping you up to date with e-mails and text messages throughout the sale process.

Jessica Zandona has been our Property Manager for a few years now. We are so happy with the job that she does for us as she is very approachable, organised and knowledgeable. We are in frequent communication via email about what is happening with our two properties and we always know as soon as there is a problem. Something that we really appreciate as young investors in the property market, we don't have a great deal of spare cash after mortgage repayments; Jessica has always made sure our properties are tenanted to great tenants whose rent is up to date. Nothing is ever a problem with Jessica and she is accommodating with her time to fit in with our busy schedules to meet with us, organise viewings and conduct inspections. When we listed our last property for rent, Jessica had it leased within one day, which is probably a rare occurrence, but for us it was a big relief to have rent coming in as soon as we moved out. We are comforted with the peace of mind knowing Jessica is taking great care of our biggest investments while we live 150kms away from them.
