Nick and the team reached out and asked if I wanted to sell my property that they were managing the rental side for me.

I advised Nick I would think about it and we came up with a price I would be interested in selling at. Nick held an open home with people he had on his books and had offers on that night, three days later we sold for the price I needed, never even advertised or on the market. The only downfall was the timing of the year and the lack of communication after the sale and finally getting the purchaser to sign the paperwork which was 5 weeks later.
