We committed to a sale date a long way out and it seemed that this got lost in the system. However, after an initial hurdle, everything worked well. We had regular meetings, were kept well informed on a weekly basis and the property was very well promoted. Nick recommended a house stylist who responded quickly, and the house was styled to show off its best features. This certainly paid off in the long run. Nick explained the sales strategy at every point along the way and kept us well informed on the website activity and open home visits. The auction process was well explained, and the auction went off without any issues.
