Selling a deceased estate with Nick Chauhan and the rest of the team at Griffith Real Estate (GRE) was as good as it gets. Nick presented a campaign for the property sale and was flexible with altering details and asked for input at every step of the way. We then had a mutually agreed and fully understood way forward. Nick appropriately kept updating on the progress with phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings. again, a mutually agreed process that he was flexible with and, often out of regular business hours.

Nick and the team reached out and asked if I wanted to sell my property that they were managing the rental side for me. I advised Nick I would think about it and we came up with a price I would be interested in selling at. Nick held an open home with people he had on his books and had offers on that night, three days later we sold for the price I needed, never even advertised or on the market. The only downfall was the timing of the year and the lack of communication after the sale and finally getting the purchaser to sign the paperwork which was 5 weeks later.

Nick was absolutely amazing with everything it didn't matter what time of day or night he would always answer any questions I may have had big or small. He was easy to understand when explaining the market values of my area and extremely polite. If I need to use an agent again he's definitely the man for the job and I'd recommend him hands down.
