From the beginning of our association with Griffith Real Estate, Luke Papandrea portrayed to me as a knowledgeable and confident you man. At each weekly meeting held in the offices of Griffith Real Estate, we were updated on all aspects of the plan which was discussed in full of how the sale process would flow. Feed back from prospective buyers was given and mostly positive. Signage was posted early on the day of the open house, i.e. 7:30am, which gave passing motorists ample time to have the opportunity to attend on the day. I was super impressed by this, knowing that Luke would attend the site several times for the open houses. Feedback was given promptly, if I was home he would pop in and relay to me how the morning had gone. As a first time seller I was very impressed by Luke’s dedication to his job. He was always very polite and immaculately dressed which is alway a bonus in this day and age.
