We committed to a sale date a long way out and it seemed that this got lost in the system. However, after an initial hurdle, everything worked well. We had regular meetings, were kept well informed on a weekly basis and the property was very well promoted. Nick recommended a house stylist who responded quickly, and the house was styled to show off its best features. This certainly paid off in the long run.
