Daniel recently sold our units off market after we contacted him to conduct a free appraisal of our property. Not only did he achieve the price we had in mind he organised the exiting of an existing tenant, re-tenanted both units and worked with a tight timeframe while renovations were being conducted during the settlement period. He managed all of this while we were on holidays and out of phone service. Amazing service
