I wasn't expecting to find the most outstanding and professional real estate agent right here in a country town like Griffith. My wife and I saw it was a seller's market, so we asked Luke to design our sales strategy and do what he thought best. We didn't interfere, allowed him to be the artisan of his trade and he delivered. Luke secured around 20 bidders at the auction for our investment property.
