If your not keen on building and going through all that hassle...then don't. But we wouldn't expect you to compromise either. The design of the home has beautiful north facing oversize windows and doors from the dining, kitchen and living rooms. With family in mind, the owners have created a functional floorplan utilising multiple large open living rooms. Ample bench and storage space make preparing and eating meals on the run a breeze. With three good size bedrooms, each with built in storage; plus a luxurious ensuite for mum and dad. Outside the yard is fantastic, the kids will have no problems with swings & trampoline. While on the northern side of the home you can entertain in a more formal atmosphere with a glass of wine, great friends and barbeque. I certainly recommend an inspection of this fantastic home.
